Cambase tracks the camera kit on a film production. It shows where each item is, who moved it, and what is wrong with it.
Camera departments use Cambase on a phone or a computer, on set and in the camera truck.

Check kit in and out
Scan a barcode to check an item out to set, or back in to its unit. Cambase records who moved it and when.
Move kit between units
Units are the cases, carts and trucks that hold the kit. Move items between units, and see what is in each one.
Receive deliveries
Check a delivery against the list from the rental house. Cambase shows what arrived and what did not.
Count kit
Count a unit or a category to make sure that all of the kit is there.
Record faults
Report a fault with a photo. The Issues tab shows all of the open faults on the project.
Import lists and print labels
Import a kit list from a CSV file. Print barcode labels and lens lists.
Use it with no signal
Cambase keeps a copy of the project on your device, so you can see the kit when there is no signal.
Who can use Cambase
Each production is a project in Cambase. The project admin invites the crew by email or with an invite code.
Crew members see only the projects that they are on. The data for one project is not visible to the crew of a different project.
